It is the improved version of its predecessor, the ATC-XP.

This device is made from a block of aluminum which makes it very robust and resistant to wear.

It incorporates a hole in the plate to fix it to the meeting and thus be able to secure it one or two seconds from the wall.

It has two different modes of friction, greater or lesser resistance, depending on the diameter of the ropes we use, the weight of the climbers.
